Mayor Bloomberg propose ban on plastic-foam food packaging in the New York city

February 14, New York; The Mayor of speaks about cutting down 20,000 tonnes of annual waste of the city by proposing a city-wide ban on the non-biodegradable plastic-foam food packaging. He confirms in one of his speech in the last week;

We can live without it, we may live longer without it, and the doggie bag will survive just fine.
